Herbal Tea for Longevity
Build Generational Wellness with Abide Provisions

We believe that caring for the body is an act of stewardship
Scripture reminds us that our bodies are not random or insignificant, they are intentionally designed by God and entrusted to us to care for well.
1 Corinthians 6:19–20: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… therefore honor God with your bodies.”

Caring for our Bodies with Intention
For generations, people understood that the rhythms of creation: Plants, herbs, nourishment, rest, and wisdom were gifts meant to sustain health and life. The Bible even speaks of the healing properties found in nature:
“The fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.”
— Ezekiel 47:12
At Abide Provisions, we believe wellness is not about chasing trends or quick fixes. It is about returning to the wisdom God built into creation and learning how to care for our bodies with intention.
Stewarding the body means choosing practices that support life, nourishing food, restorative rest, calming the mind, and using the natural tools God provided through plants and herbs.
When we care for our health, we are not only caring for ourselves. We are investing in the strength and well-being of future generations that come from us.
Meet Your Herbal Educator
Abide Provisions was born from a personal journey of faith, healing, and complete surrender.
At just 21 years old, our founder Christina was diagnosed with several chronic conditions — Lyme disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, PCOS, Epstein Barr and others — and was told she would simply have to live with them. For years, she battled exhaustion, pain, and uncertainty. No matter how clean she ate or how often she exercised, nothing changed.
But deep in her spirit, Christina knew two things to be true:
God is above all else.
Our bodies are not broken, they are designed to heal.
Holding onto faith the size of a mustard seed, she sought truth and turned to prayer. What followed was a transformation only God could author. Through detoxification, natural medicine, and a heart fully surrendered to Christ, Christina experienced complete healing.

By the age of 30, every diagnosis was retracted
Every limitation lifted. Every fear replaced with faith.
She laid it all at the foot of the Cross — and in return, God gave her purpose. Abide Provisions is that purpose.
A brand built to remind families that true wellness begins with faith, that healing is possible, and that our Creator provided everything we need — in the earth, in His Word, and in the body He designed so perfectly.

Bridging the Gap
Christina now combines over 12 years of experience in Western medicine with her background in Public Health Education, Healthcare Administration, Integrative Nutrition, Alternative Medicine, and Herbalism. After serving as a Licensed Healthcare Administrator and Vice President of Operations, she left the corporate world to answer God’s calling — to bridge the gap between modern and natural medicine through education, faith, and pure, science-backed remedies.
Through Abide Provisions, Christina continues to live out that mission as a wife, mother, and educator, helping families reclaim their health and discover the restoration that begins when we trust God’s design for healing.

“Then God said, ‘I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.’”
